Who We Are
The firm was founded by Patrick J. Kennedy, Jr., over thirty years ago in order to provide efficient and effective legal services to community banks. Since the Firm’s inception, the focus has remained on community banks and financial institution representation, but now has expanded to include assisting small and middle market companies, and New Market Tax Credit participants.
